John and Kristie are absolutely amazing! After being told by a different store that I pretty much had zero options/anyone else is just going to send me to them, I decided to try my luck further up the beach to a newer store that my partner has been to before. We were met with friendly engagement and genuine customer service. These folks did NOT want us leaving without trying everything they possibly could, and they did it with smiles and laughter! They answered all of our questions and dealt with my almost nothing attention span (without running out of patience!!! Huge feat honestly coming from the problem.) I left satisfied, happy, and set on coming back again. Thank you guys so much for making magic happen !!
